Promotion Text
300 Characters maximum - the promotion text appears on the event listings page (in gallery mode) as a teaser for your event. It should capture the interest of people and encourage them to read more about your event.
Event Description
The full event description option is optional but very powerful. You can layout your own race site by including tables, links, sponsers images and colors. You can even create and embed an entry/registration with submit button that calls your own online entry service.
Please spell check it before saving. Click the Toggle Full Screen Icon at the top left of the editor to allow easier editing.

Club or Organisation is optional and can be used if you want viewers to be able to see all events for your specific club, or if you want a club only event which appears on your website but is not promoted anywhere else.

For club events - checking promotes this event on the main website - clearing restricts event to display on specific club websites.

Required Field Your event will be listed only in the categories you choose. Please choose carefully as we permanently remove events that abuse this by ticking incorrect activities. Contact us if you want additional activities added.

Event Options
Required Field. Please indicate which event options you are hosting. You must choose at least one (even if it is 'other'). For example you may have different swimming, biking or running distance options, or for running events, perhaps seperate runner/walker sub-events. Website users will use this to find your event. You may enter up to 6 event options.

Course Map / Event Routes
Example course map Optionally map the route(s) in your course - this will give participants an idea of what your course is like including the altitude profile* (comming soon) Courses with maps generally attract more attention so promoting the route is a good idea.

First draw a map for each route (don't worry, this opens in a new window). Save it to receive a route ID you can enter here. For more than one route enter a comma between each one e.g. 900, 901, 902 adds those three map's to your event.
Promotion Image
This image appears on the main event listings page (in gallery mode) as a teaser for your event. It's size in pixels should be 88 (height) by 80 (width) otherwise it may look skewed. If you leave this blank we will put a generic image in it's place.
